职位概况
负责美国、香港、台湾三法人财务结算、合并报表及资金管理，带领跨国财务团队，推动AI工具在财务流程中的落地。
主要职责
- 负责美国、香港、台湾三法人月结、季结及合并报表编制，确保结账日控制在次月第十个工作日内。
- 管理资金流、汇率风险及银行往来，安排工厂采购付款时程。
- 带领四人财务团队，协调四大事务所及税务、薪资、VAT等外部服务商。
- 担任美国各州税务及银行账户的授权签署人。
- 与运营长、总经理共同维护预测、需求计划及现金计划，提供财务判断支持。
任职要求
- 7年以上财务经验，3年以上跨法人、多币别管理经验。
- 具备美国及其他主要税务辖区实务经验。
- 能够独立完成现金流模型、关联交易对账、账务复核，并指挥外部事务所。
- 熟练使用AI工具（ChatGPT、Claude、Copilot），近六个月有实际使用经验。
- 英文沟通及书面报告能力，中文流利。
