职位概况
负责通过电话等渠道为Coupang台湾用户提供咨询与投诉处理，需轮班工作，支持远端或办公室模式。
主要职责
- 通过电话客服解答客户询问并处理投诉，必要时支援文字客服、Email等渠道。
- 随时掌握最新政策与作业流程，提供快速合适的解决方案。
- 记录并整理客户互动，使用公司工具升级处理问题。
- 达成并超越客户满意度指标，遵守排班出勤要求。
任职要求
- 具备快速学习能力，能迅速理解并运用公司政策与流程。
- 服务导向，耐心且有同理心，能够在高压情境保持冷静。
- 能够熟练操作多个内部系统，具联络中心或服务业经验者佳。
- 在值班期间专注工作，不受外界干扰。
