职位概况
跨國製造業尋找具備財務管理與經營分析能力的財務經理，負責上市櫃公司財務經管作業，協助提升決策效率。
主要职责
- 負責上市櫃公司之財務經管作業，持續追蹤經營數據與管理報表。
- 主導跨部門溝通，整合財務、營運及相關單位資訊與需求。
- 規劃並主持經管會議，彙整議題、追蹤決議與執行情形。
- 進行預算執行與差異分析，提出管理建議與改善方向。
任职要求
- 具備製造業財務管理、經營管理或管理會計相關經驗，能理解企業營運與財務指標。
- 良好的跨部門溝通與協調能力，能有效整合需求與時程。
- 具備經管會議主持與議題推進能力，能整理重點並追蹤結論。
- 具備數據分析與邏輯判斷能力，能從財務與經營資料中找出關鍵問題。
- 具備報告撰寫與簡報能力，能清晰呈現分析結果與建議。
