Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support the finance and accounting functions of an assigned entity, partnering with business leaders and ensuring compliance with statutory and internal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting project assignments, such as new overseas entity setup and new reporting requirements.
• Manage outsourcing of accounting and finance services and maintain related accounting policies.
• Act as business partner for the assigned entity and serve as the primary contact for local statutory audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audits for the assigned entities.
• Handle ad‑hoc finance and accounting requests as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related business field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant accounting experience.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and able to solve problems under time pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP ERP for finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, Taiwan EAS and SOX compliance requirements.
