Job description

职位概况

负责售后零件的需求预测、订单管理、库存控制等工作，确保不良零件退货（RMA）流程顺畅，支持全球原厂供应商和渠道客户的合作。

主要职责

处理不良零件退货（RMA）流程，跟进维修零件管理。
进行售后零件需求预测，制定订单计划。
管理订单执行、追踪及库存水平。
与全球原厂供应商及渠道客户对接，确保供需匹配。

任职要求

至少三年家电或3C消费电子售后服务相关经验。
熟悉RMA流程及维修零件管理。
具备Excel分析、Word文档编辑、PowerPoint报表制作能力。
具备基本的英文听说读写能力。
