职位概况

加入周大福珠宝，负责Bellavita门店的高端珠宝销售，提供卓越的顾客体验，推动品牌在奢侈品零售领域的影响力。

主要职责

为顾客提供个性化的专业服务，确保符合品牌标准。
通过客户关系经营与售后跟进，提升顾客忠诚度与复购率。
掌握珠宝工艺、设计理念及品牌故事，向顾客提供专业建议。
达成并超越个人销售目标，贡献门店整体业绩。
指导并培训初级团队成员，维持服务品质。
协助库存管理、商品补货、盘点及调拨。
确保店面陈列、视觉展示符合品牌形象及促销需求。
参与门店活动、VIP活动及营销计划的策划执行。

任职要求

具备深厚的珠宝产品知识和销售经验。
良好的沟通表达能力和客户服务意识。
能够独立完成销售目标并推动团队合作。
具备库存管理和店面陈列的基本操作能力。
