职位概况

负责执行临床试验，遵循GCP及试验方案，协助研究者完成受试者管理等工作。

主要职责

试验中心准备及设施管理。
向受试者讲解知情同意书并完成登记。
受试者筛选、招募、访视及检查安排。
将研究数据记录至病例报告表。
研究药物的分配、点收及不良事件上报。
维护原始档案，确保中心质量。

任职要求

持有护理师执照，护理专科或护理系毕业。
具肿瘤科、加护病房、急诊或其他专科护理经验。
具备中低级英文读写能力者优先。

必备技能

英文读写能力（中低级）。
