Flexii 正在台湾扩张团队，招聘商业开发经理，负责开拓新业务、制定销售策略并维护客户关系。

主要职责

识别并开发新的商业机会。
推动销售策略的执行，达成业绩目标。
与客户建立并维持长期合作关系。
与内部团队协作，深入了解公司产品与服务，制定针对目标行业的市场策略。

任职要求

本科以上学历，专业为商务管理、市场营销或相关领域。
具备商业开发、销售或客户关系管理经验。
了解市场动态、商业策略及客户关系管理。
优秀的沟通、谈判与成交能力。
能够独立工作并具备团队合作精神。
具备解决问题的能力，适应 KPI 考核。
熟练使用当地语言（中文），具备英语能力者佳。

必备技能

出色的沟通与谈判技巧。
强大的业务拓展与客户关系管理能力。
结果导向，能够达成并超越业绩指标。
