职位概况
在PwC金融保險業務分析顧問團隊，協助保險公司診斷、優化作業流程，提供數位轉型與金融科技解決方案。
主要职责
- 分析保險業（產險、壽險）現行作業流程，提出診斷與優化建議。
- 撰寫功能需求文件，協助客戶理解與落實需求。
- 規劃與執行專案，與團隊合作解決客戶問題。
- 蒐集國內外保險金融科技應用與商業模式資訊。
- 完成主管或專案經理交辦的其他事項。
任职要求
- 具保險行政內勤背景（產險或壽險）或相關科系，接受職場新鮮人。
- 良好溝通、主動積極與邏輯分析能力。
- 具備良好文書處理能力（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Visio）。
- 具一定英文聽說讀寫能力者佳。
必备技能
- Word文書編輯
- Excel資料分析
- PowerPoint簡報製作
- Visio流程圖繪製
