加入 PwC，参与企业并购与基础设施项目的投融资工作，全面参与交易全流程，提升专业能力并拓展国际视野。
主要职责
- 从市场分析、财务尽职调查到估值，全程参与企业并购与重组项目。
- 评估基础设施项目的可行性，制定投融资规划。
- 研究最新法规与市场趋势，撰写报告与简报，支持客户决策。
- 与 PwC 全球网络合作，参与跨境交易与国际项目。
任职要求
- 具备财务分析及会计报表解读能力。
- 对企业并购、资本市场或基础设施领域有浓厚兴趣。
- 拥有良好的中英文沟通能力，能够与不同团队合作。
- 具备快速学习并在项目中灵活应对挑战的能力。
必备技能
- 熟练使用 Excel 进行数据分析。
- 熟练使用 PowerPoint 制作专业简报。
