职位概况
在 PwC 台北辦公室擔任稅務專員，負責商業投資登記及相關投資、併購案件的稅務支援與合規工作。
主要职责
- 協助處理國內外投資申請案件，包括僑外資、陸資來台及對外投資。
- 參與企業併購與組織重組專案，提供規劃與執行支援。
- 擔任客戶與主管機關之間的溝通橋樑，確保案件順利進行。
- 辦理公司設立、變更登記及境外公司的維運服務。
任职要求
- 具備商學或法律相關背景，修過初級會計者佳。
- 良好的英文能力（如 TOEIC 650 分或同等水平），能處理英文文件與溝通。
- 細心、有條理，善於與人協調。
- 對商業交易與相關法規有高度學習熱忱。
必备技能
- 英文閱讀與寫作能力。
