职位概况
我们在台北招聘诉讼律师，负责民事与刑事案件的全流程法律服务，为企业客户提供策略性法律建议，维护其权益并创造商业价值。
主要职责
- 负责民事、刑事诉讼案件的策略制定、法庭辩护及调解。
- 审阅、撰写并谈判合同及其他法律文件。
- 进行法律研究，规划并执行相关项目。
任职要求
- 具备1年以上律师事务所工作经验。
- 熟悉公司法、证券交易法等商务法律。
- 能够提供企业客户法律咨询。
必备技能
- 中英文合同审阅、撰写与谈判经验。
- 优秀的分析、问题解决及策略思考能力。
