职位概况

负责依据年度人才发展计划，策划并执行各类学习与发展活动，提升组织人才能力。

主要职责

依照人才发展年度计划规划及执行活动。
管理学习资源、学习/发展历程，进行评估与追踪。
担任活动主持人或引导师。
汇总报表、进行数据分析，协助团队行政事务、项目及主管交办事项。

任职要求

具备良好沟通协调、团队合作、公众表达及逻辑思考能力。
3年以上活动设计、文案策划经验，对人才发展领域有兴趣。
主动积极、细心负责、正面思考。

必备技能

熟悉 AI 工具。
Excel 进阶功能。
PowerQuery。
VBA 编程。
