协助总经理制定公司策略与年度经营计划，拆解并追踪各阶段目标，推动跨部门协作，确保经营目标达成。
主要职责
- 协助总经理制定公司策略与年度经营计划，拆解、追踪各阶段工作目标。
- 主导阶段性工作总结、正式文件及管理制度的编制。
- 协助管理日常运营及各部门，协调跨部门合作。
- 追踪经营目标完成情况，提供分析与改进建议。
- 针对经营计划、销售策略、生产、研发及质量管理提出解决方案。
- 参与并跟进总经理主持的关键会议与项目进度。
任职要求
- 10年以上工作经验，具备业务、研发、营运等事业单位管理经验。
- 具备半导体产业经验者佳。
- 拥有工程技术背景并具备业务营运经验。
- 有高层特助经验者优先。
