职位概况
我们正在寻找细心且具责任感的应收账款会计，负责日常应收账款作业、回款核对、收款入账及账务维护，确保财务数据准确完整。
主要职责
- 管理应收账款业务，确保交易记录及时、准确。
- 执行客户回款核对、现金入账及账务维护。
- 定期监控应收余额，更新账款明细。
- 协助月结、期末结账，准备财务报表。
- 进行账务核对，跟进异常，确保符合内部控制。
- 编制管理报表及分析数据，支持业务决策。
- 与跨部门沟通协作，推动流程优化。
任职要求
- 具备中等以上学历（如高中或同等学历）。
- 细致认真，具备良好的责任心。
- 熟悉会计基本原理和应收账款流程。
必备技能
- 熟练使用办公软件（如Excel）。
