职位概况

负责本集团出口管制及合规业务的规划、执行与推动，涵盖出口管制法规（如EAR、ITAR）、反贪腐、供应链合规等领域，提供法律风险评估与决策建议。

主要职责

监测并分析国内外出口管制及合规法规，进行风险评估。
制定并推行合规制度、流程及内部规范。
处理反贪腐案件调查，提供法律咨询。
参与重大项目、跨国交易的法律风险评估。
组织合规与风险管理相关的培训与宣导。

任职要求

具备法律专业背景或相关合规工作经验。
熟悉出口管制法规（EAR、ITAR）及反贪腐法规。
具备风险评估与管理能力，能独立完成项目分析。
良好的沟通协调与培训能力。

必备技能

出口管制法规解读与应用。
反贪腐案件调查方法。
法律风险评估与报告撰写。
