职位概况
负责Bacha Coffee台北门市的整体营运与管理，确保服务品质、作业流程及品牌标准落实现。
主要职责
- 规划并执行开店、闭店作业，处理突发状况。
- 落实服务标准，处理客诉，维护顾客关系。
- 制定并执行营运策略，追踪销售目标，达成业绩。
- 管理门店团队，排班、培训及绩效监督。
- 管理账务、报表、库存及商品陈列。
- 落实食品安全及卫生规范，确保合规。
任职要求
- 具备基本英文沟通能力。
- 三年以上餐饮或零售门市管理经验。
- 具备团队领导、问题解决及顾客服务能力。
- 能适应轮班、轮调及排休。
必备技能
- 英文基础沟通。
