职位概况
亞東工業氣體（Air Liquide Far Eastern）在台中招聘廠務暨廠區管理工程師，负责确保厂区设施与设备的稳定运行，并通过数据分析提升运营效率与安全水平。
主要职责
- 规划、执行并检查公共设施（HVAC、冷却水塔、空压机、气体检测器等）的预防性维护。
- 协调外部承包商，落实施工进度与质量管控。
- 提供现场技术支援，处理设施与生产设备异常。
- 管理备品、采购及年度维修计划，协助预算编列。
- 负责消防、建筑安全申报与稽核，落实HSE风险管理。
- 执行气体钢瓶日常检查、测漏、清洁及相关培训。
- 维护ISO流程、SOP更新及厂区变更管理（MoC）。
任职要求
- 理工科相关学历。
- 5年以上公共设施（HVAC、消防、机电、仪器校准）维护管理经验。
- 具备半导体厂TGM或钢瓶更换经验者优先。
必备技能
- HVAC系统维护
- 空压机及气体检测器维护
- 消防系统与机电设备管理
- 仪器校准与钢瓶更换
- 工业数据收集与分析
