职位概况
负责酒店工程部的锅炉、管道及电气设施的日常运行与维护，确保供电、供热系统安全、稳定运行。
主要职责
- 操作锅炉及管道系统，执行例行检查与保养。
- 安装、维修、维护照明设施和各类电气设备。
- 定时读取电表、监控电力负荷并记录工作报告。
- 检查并维护洗衣区、厨房等区域的电气绝缘与接线。
- 检查水泵电机运行状态，协助值班工程师完成维修任务。
任职要求
- 具备电机、电器操作及维护知识。
- 熟悉电气设备的测试、检查、安装方法。
- 了解安全措施、防火及灭火步骤。
- 拥有奢华酒店或度假村相关工作经验者优先。
- 能够在台湾合法工作。
