职位概况
负责晶圆厂设备的维护、效能提升及产能保障，支持生产计划并推动环境安全卫生合规。
主要职责
- 维护与保养设备，提升性能与产出。
- 支援生产线规划，确保符合EHS要求。
- 为技术员提供设备操作培训。
- 监控备件使用，寻找替代供应。
- 评估新设备，推动降本增效及持续改进。
- 参与新项目，提升设备自动化水平。
任职要求
- 专科或以上学历，工程相关科系。
- 具备设备工程经验，半导体行业经验佳。
- 熟悉晶圆前段设备（标记、蚀刻、金属沉积、测试、最终检验）。
- 具备良好沟通能力，能阅读及书写英文。
必备技能
- 设备维护与保养

- 备件管理与成本控制
- 设备自动化与改进
