职位概况

负责项目进度计划与排程，确保施工项目按时、按质交付，协同项目经理及相关方定义范围与顺序。

主要职责

制定并维护项目进度计划，使用Primavera P6或MS Project进行排程。
每周主持进度、人力及生产力审查会议，汇总周报、月报。
协调经验教训会议，确保项目遵循全球流程与标准。
审查承包商的进度计量方法与报告，编制整体进度图表。
监控风险并提供缓解建议，在项目最终里程碑后30天内交付竣工进度表。

任职要求

具备项目进度管理经验，能够与项目经理及控制部门有效沟通。
熟悉施工项目的流程与标准，能够进行风险识别与报告。
