职位概况
负责公司电力产品的保固服务、安装调试、培训及检修，提供技术文件与报告，支持售前方案规划及售后客户关系维护。
主要职责
- 执行电力设备的保养、维修和故障排除。
- 进行产品安装、调试及现场检验。
- 编写技术文档、报告及培训材料。
- 配合售前方案设计，维护售后客户满意度。
- 独立处理案件并根据需要出差。
任职要求
- 2年以上相关工作经验。
- 高中以上学历，电机、电子或机械工程相关专业优先。
- 具备基本英文听说读写能力。
必备技能
- Excel、PowerPoint、Word办公软件。
- 电机设备保养、维修与操作。
- 电力工程安装与维护。
- 电源供应器装设与检验。
- 产品/设备故障排除与安全检查。
