职位概况
lululemon 诚徵門市關鍵領導人（初階主管），负责带领店面团队提升顾客体验，推动门店运营达标。
主要职责
- 以身作则，支持教育专员，确保卓越的顾客体验。
- 运用关键绩效指标安排工作优先级，进行日常运营调整。
- 提供团队成员反馈、辅导与职业发展指导，处理绩效问题。
- 策划并执行本地及区域社群活动，如跑步俱乐部、瑜伽日等。
- 管理门店开闭店作业、商品陈列、补货及库存调配。
任职要求
- 具备在指派门店所在司法管辖区合法工作的资格。
- 愿意弹性排班，适应门店运营需求。
- 具备包容、多元、诚信、团队合作与领导力等核心价值观。
- 能够有效沟通、决策并推动团队达成目标。
必备技能
- 熟悉门店运营流程与客户服务标准。
