职位概况
负责原物料收发、进出口及仓库运营管理，确保库存准确、作业高效，并与生产线及外部仓库保持顺畅沟通。
主要职责
- 支援每日EHS、品质与物流作业管理，达成收发料与仓库营运目标。
- 管理原物料收货、发料及进出口团队的日常运作，确保流程顺畅并符合规范。
- 监督本厂及外部仓库的作业绩效，确保库存准确性、作业效率及账务一致性。
- 作为本厂仓库与外部仓库的主要沟通窗口，及时处理物流异常及收发料问题。
- 与生产线紧密协作，整合物料供应、产线排程与作业优先顺序，确保产线顺畅运作。
- 负责物流部门的人力规划、每日产能与产出控制、资源配置及作业优先顺序管理。
- 监控产线与物流运作状况，依据需求变动灵活调整计划，降低对生产的影响。
- 支持作业员管理，确保人员稳定、纪律及标准作业流程的落实。
- 推动持续改进项目，提升物流流程与仓库效率。
