职位概况

3M 诚聘工业研磨产品客户经理，负责在台北地区开发新客户、维护既有客户，推动业务增长。

主要职责

开发新客户与新商机，积极拓展市场。
维护既有客户关系，了解需求并提供解决方案。
提供符合客户应用需求的研磨产品建议。
协调内部技术、营销、供应链等部门，确保订单交付与技术支持。
收集市场与竞争情报，进行分析并提出建议。
在 Salesforce 系统中实时登记和更新销售信息。
达成年度业绩目标。

任职要求

具备工业产品或研磨领域经验。
具备基本的销售经验和业绩导向。
学习能力强，能快速了解产品特性和行业需求。
良好的跨部门沟通与团队合作精神。
能够独立处理客户需求，具备问题解决能力。
抗压性佳，适应快速变化的工作环境。

必备技能

熟练使用 Salesforce 系统进行客户管理。
