Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

The Occupational Health Nurse will lead the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive occupational health programs for AMD’s Taiwan site. This role ensures employee health, safety, and regulatory compliance while fostering a positive health culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage occupational health programs focused on injury and illness prevention.
• Conduct pre‑employment, periodic, and return‑to‑work health assessments.
• Perform case management for workplace injuries, including return‑to‑work processes, lost‑time tracking, work restrictions, and medical accommodations.
• Lead health promotion, disease surveillance, and infectious‑disease prevention initiatives.
• Oversee audiometric testing, respiratory protection programs, and ergonomic evaluations.
• Manage occupational health service provider contracts and medical emergency response.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and maintain accurate case‑management records.
