Occupational Health and Safety Nurse

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health and Safety Nurse to join its TDC OHS team. The role focuses on delivering first‑aid care, promoting employee wellness, and supporting OHS initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Maintain and administer medical supplies and equipment.
• Conduct routine health assessments and manage confidential medical records.
• Plan and execute health‑promotion activities such as wellness seminars, vaccination drives, and stress‑management programs.
• Collaborate with the OHS specialist to implement and monitor safety policies and programs.
• Perform regular workplace health risk assessments and educate staff on ergonomic practices.
• Maintain accurate health records in compliance with Taiwan labor laws.
• Prepare health and safety reports for management and assist with employee training.

Required profile

• Licensed nurse with a valid nursing certification in Taiwan.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing, occupational health, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor health regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office for record‑keeping and reporting.
