Material Controller (Taiwan)

About the role

Join Edwards in Hsinchu to support Taiwan's service supply chain by managing spare parts inventory, ensuring service readiness while controlling costs. You will work closely with local teams and global hubs to keep stock levels optimal and aligned with business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise spares inventory, reviewing safety stock and resizing levels with Hub/FS.
• Reduce surplus stock, monitor daily inventory accuracy, and control old or damaged items quarterly.
• Track delivery schedules, expedite shipments when needed, and ensure stock meets demand.
• Follow company standards for product quality, shelf life, and safety; conduct regular safety surveys.
• Manage department budget and coordinate training on skills, safety, and quality.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of MRP procedures and experience recording requirements in SAP.
• Ability to analyse and size inventories on a quarterly basis.
• Familiarity with vacuum technology and semiconductor manufacturing practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Team‑oriented with strong administrative discipline and a self‑starter attitude.
