Marketing Operations & Process Excellence Consultant

About the role

A global payments firm is looking for a highly organised, process-oriented consultant to strengthen the operational management of its Marketing Services engagements. The role brings greater structure, discipline and scalability across project administration, agency coordination, commercial processes, reporting and workflow improvement. It is a 3-month contract, hybrid, based in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project trackers, resource plans, timelines, documentation, operational dashboards, meetings, action logs and follow-ups across multiple engagements.
• Own the agency briefing process from intake through execution, including templates, approvals, stakeholder alignment, deliverables, milestones and readiness.
• Support SOW, invoicing, vendor management, budget tracking and coordination with Finance, Procurement, Legal and Delivery teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop standardised workflows, templates, playbooks and governance practices, supporting automation and AI-enabled workflow opportunities.
• Build leadership visibility on project status, capacity, workload allocation, pipeline, operational KPIs and service delivery metrics.
• Act as an operational liaison between internal teams, agencies and creative, media, analytics, technology and consulting stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in agency operations, marketing or banking operations, PMO/project coordination, consulting operations or program management.
• Strong project administration, documentation and process-management discipline.
• Hands-on experience with budgets, contracts, SOWs, invoicing and vendor coordination.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
• Fluent in Chinese; English proficiency preferred.
• Financial services experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
