Strategy & Operations Lead

About the role

DoitWe is an insurance platform founded in 2019, now the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, with teams worldwide. It is looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to work closely with core teams on high-impact initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations and business development. The role is based in Taiwan and is hybrid, with at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high-priority initiatives across the business.
• Work with leadership to solve business and product challenges.
• Build new teams, processes and capabilities as the company grows.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Research new markets, products and business opportunities.
• Improve operations by identifying problems and implementing practical solutions.
• Take ownership of projects and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong problem-solving skills and business judgment.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
• Comfortable working across different business functions.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Candidacy is not suitable for people who only want to attend meetings, cannot follow up aggressively, need fixed scope and slow timelines, or avoid messy cross-functional problems.

• Strong English communication, as English is the main working language across global teams.

The interview process is fast: online assessment or practical task, then a role-specific interview and a CEO/final round. Strong candidates may receive an offer within a week of starting the process.
