Marketing Manager APAC – Functional Complements

About the role

The Marketing Manager APAC will lead the development and execution of brand plans across the region, driving growth and profitability for the portfolio. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align strategy with market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy long‑term and short‑term strategies to grow the product portfolio.
• Lead the annual marketing plan, including activation, communication, promotion, pricing, new product launches and distribution priorities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and marketing budgets; monitor sales volume, revenue and costs against targets and adjust plans as needed.
• Analyze domestic and international market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Brand Management.
• Minimum 3 years of brand marketing experience in an international FMCG company.
• At least 1.5 years in a Brand Manager role.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English.
