Market Access and Policy Advisor

About the role

Roche is seeking a Market Access and Policy Advisor to develop and implement market access strategies for strategic products in Taiwan, ensuring patient access and maximizing portfolio value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access, reimbursement, pricing, pharmacoeconomics/HTA, and policy strategies for strategic products.
• Shape sustainable pricing strategies from pre‑launch through lifecycle management aligned with business objectives.
• Prioritize pipeline assets and define access pathways for future launches.
• Generate payer‑relevant evidence through clinical trials, health economic modeling, real‑world evidence studies, systematic literature research and meta‑analysis.
• Translate evidence into value propositions tailored to the Taiwan payer and policy environment.
• Identify patient access barriers and develop solutions, including for self‑pay markets.
• Engage external stakeholders to remove access barriers and facilitate value‑based discussions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with PPOC, Marketing, and Medical teams to develop reimbursement strategies and dossiers for NHIA submission.
• Lead negotiations and contracting processes and support policy‑shaping activities.
