Manufacturing Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead process improvement, digitalization and change initiatives across BASF’s production sites in Taiwan. The role serves as the global point of contact for G‑EDM manufacturing processes, coordinating with site leads to define and implement the NGBA solution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the development, optimisation and automation of manufacturing processes across multiple sites.
• Guide site leads in defining the NGBA end‑state solution and finalising process models.
• Analyse existing processes and IT environments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify global and country‑specific features, organise NGBA workshops and deliver role‑based training.
• Create user documentation, process descriptions, guidelines and procedural instructions.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on NGBA implementation progress and achievements.
• Represent G‑EDM in expert communities and build an internal manufacturing expert network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on process improvement and digitalisation.
• Strong change‑management capabilities, including workshop facilitation and training delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.
• Ability to analyse technical and organisational aspects of production processes.
