Manufacturing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our production operations at our Taichung Science Park facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that equipment is manufactured to cost, schedule, and quality targets while maintaining a safe and efficient clean‑room environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive safety initiatives to achieve a zero‑incident culture.
• Manage production processes according to SOPs and quality control plans, improving first‑pass yield.
• Monitor daily work, control WIP inventory, and ensure on‑time shipment to meet customer commitments.
• Collaborate with Process and Facilities engineering to boost production efficiency and reduce reliance on subcontractors.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects aligned with corporate manufacturing strategy.
• Support customer service with technical expertise for on‑site problem resolution.
• Coach and train the manufacturing team, review final documents, and enforce compliance with internal standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing or production management, preferably in high‑tech or clean‑room environments.
• Proven ability to improve productivity, reduce costs, and manage inventory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to engage employees and drive improvement.

• PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• HMI design and implementation.
