Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor – RF Process

About the role

The RF Process Engineering Supervisor leads the RF Process Engineering team that supports the manufacturing of RF connectors, RF cable assemblies, and RF modules. This position is responsible for driving process development, new‑product introduction, yield improvement, automation projects, and day‑to‑day production support while developing engineering talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage RF Process Engineers and Technicians, defining objectives, priorities and resource plans.
• Develop training programs, competency matrices and succession plans; conduct performance reviews.
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Design, optimise and control manufacturing processes for RF connectors and cable assemblies to ensure stability, repeatability and scalability.
• Drive improvements in yield, OEE, units per hour, scrap, rework and cost of poor quality.
• Establish and maintain process standards and best practices across the RF product line.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 7 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Hands‑on experience with RF connectors, RF cable assemblies or precision assembly environments.
• Strong problem‑solving and project‑management capabilities.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and working‑level English.
