Manufacturing Engineer III – Display Fab

About the role

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabricating parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies in a display fab environment. You will collaborate with other engineering functions to release product improvements and new products while applying lean principles, automation and continuous‑improvement techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain all methods, operating sequences, and processes for part and assembly fabrication.
• Coordinate release of product improvements and new products with other engineering functions.
• Lead teams in applying Design for Excellence (DFx) to reduce manufacturing costs and improve quality.
• Determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Develop test procedures, evaluate results, and assess work methods, procedures and policies.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, and Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
• Mentor and train junior engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• Demonstrated conceptual knowledge and technical problem‑solving ability.
