Manager, Vertical Planning & Operations – Experiences

About the role

Klook is seeking a results‑driven manager to lead commercial and service performance for its travel experiences vertical worldwide. You will shape strategy, drive cross‑functional initiatives and improve the booking journey across our platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise commercial performance for attractions, tours, activities and mobility products globally.
• Define business models, roadmaps and go‑to‑market strategies in partnership with regional teams.
• Manage cross‑functional programmes to boost customer satisfaction, traffic, supply coverage, inventory, pricing, profitability and content quality.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance exposure, usability and conversion on Klook’s app, website and other channels.
• Build metrics, monitoring systems and analytical frameworks to track commercial and operational results.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OTA, e‑commerce, tech start‑up, strategy consulting, business analytics, category/brand or product management.
• Experience with travel products such as attractions, tours, activities or in‑destination transportation is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering cross‑departmental projects.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; additional languages are a plus.
• Start‑up mindset, highly collaborative, comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
• Strong communication, leadership and analytical abilities with a data‑driven decision approach.
