Manager, Vertical Planning & Operations – Attractions

About the role

Klook is seeking a results‑driven Manager to lead vertical planning and operations for its attractions portfolio worldwide. You will own commercial performance, shape strategy, and partner with product and technology teams to deliver a seamless booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute business models, roadmaps, and go‑to‑market strategies for attraction tickets, tours, activities, and in‑destination transportation.
• Lead cross‑functional programs that improve customer satisfaction, traffic acquisition, supply coverage, inventory availability, pricing, profitability, and booking experience.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance exposure, usability, and conversion rates across Klook’s mobile app, website, and other channels.
• Build metrics, dashboards, and monitoring mechanisms to track commercial and operational performance.
• Work with regional teams to align strategy, demand generation, and technology innovation.

Required profile

• Experience in OTA, e‑commerce, tech start‑up, strategy consulting, business analytics, category or brand management, or product management.
• Background in travel products such as attractions, tours, activities, or in‑destination transportation is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving cross‑departmental projects.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working with global, multicultural teams across time zones.
