Manager, Trust and Safety Compliance Audit

About the role

Coupang is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Trust and Safety Compliance Audit function. In this role you will ensure that all products and processes meet the highest trust and safety standards, protecting both customers and sellers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive audit programs to assess trust and safety compliance.
• Conduct on‑site and remote audits, reviewing findings and identifying non‑compliance issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date with relevant policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Collaborate with fraud operations, product, quality assurance, supply chain and legal teams to address compliance gaps.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain organized audit documentation.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in trust and safety compliance auditing.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
