Machine Operator II

About the role

We are looking for a Machine Operator II to carry out production tasks on the shop floor, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency. The role involves following environmental, health and safety (EHS) policies, performing equipment checks and supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Follow EHS policies and report any concerns or incidents immediately.
• Perform daily equipment and process checks, especially before start‑up or line restart.
• Execute production plans without unexpected shutdowns or delays.
• Report quality issues, gaps, equipment failures and abnormal conditions promptly.
• Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures using the correct tools.
• Prevent material waste and contamination while promoting energy and consumable savings.
• Apply continuous‑improvement concepts in daily work and complete any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Experience implementing 5S principles.
• Operational knowledge of mobile machines and electrical equipment.
• Experience with product inspection, data verification and entry for quality control.
• Ability to work a fixed day or night shift.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience handling chemicals is a plus.
