职位概况

西村朝日台湾法律事务所在台北招聘具备M&A及企业法务经验的律师，负责为日本企业在台投资、并购、合资及争议等提供法律支持。

主要职责

为日台企业间的跨境并购、合资、业务联盟提供法律尽职调查及合同起草。
处理涉及证券交易法、破产与企业重整的案件。
协助日本企业在台湾及东南亚的投资与业务拓展。
与东京事务所团队紧密合作，提供符合两地法律差异的法律服务。

任职要求

具备M&A或一般企业法务工作经验。
有律所或企业内部法务工作经历。
日语能力达到N1水平。
英语TOEIC成绩800分以上。

必备技能

熟悉国际金融法务及证券交易法务。
了解台湾及日本法律制度差异。
