Logistics Supervisor

About the role

As a Logistics Supervisor at Richemont Taiwan, you will ensure the smooth, compliant movement of luxury goods across borders. You will lead daily import and export operations, optimise processes and work closely with internal brands and external partners to maintain the highest standards of efficiency and service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily import and export shipments, guaranteeing timely customs clearance for luxury items, including those requiring CITES permits, CPD Carnet, and Dangerous Goods handling.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal Maisons and external stakeholders such as freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Prepare regular reports on logistics costs, cost allocation keys and CO2 emissions.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Validate freight forwarder billing and maintain accurate freight reports.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP enhancements and other logistics‑related IT projects.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Assistant Manager on planning, execution and post‑implementation review of logistics projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of logistics operations experience, with 1‑2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role, preferably in luxury goods or high‑value retail.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, carrier management and Taiwan customs clearance procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
