Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is based in Taiwan. The role is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring that all material supplies function smoothly while collaborating closely with the sales team to meet operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate transportation, storage and distribution of goods.
• Perform forecast calculations and assessments to maintain optimal inventory turnover.
• Ensure delivery accuracy and compliance with order requirements.
• Prioritize and track assignments, guaranteeing resource availability.
• Maintain warehouse efficiency, accuracy and adherence to operating standards and shipping regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• More than 5 years of logistics operations experience; 3‑5 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, customers and tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Understanding of SAP Inventory Control System.
• Transportation planning.
