Logistics Specialist

About the role

Qnity is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support daily import/export and bonded area operations. You will ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards while contributing to the company’s advanced electronics supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily import/export and bonded warehouse operations, ensuring smooth logistics, customs clearance, and accurate inventory/accounting.
• Assist in managing operational staff to maintain workforce stability and discipline in bonded operations.
• Resolve import/export and bonded operation issues, analyze root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (SCM, CSR, Sales, Quality, Finance, etc.) to meet daily targets.
• Help achieve departmental KPIs such as EHS, Quality, On‑Time Shipment (OTS), and Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance bonded operation efficiency and overall team performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export, logistics, warehouse, or packing line environments.
• At least 6 months of hands‑on experience in bonded operations.
• Fluent in English (reading and writing) with intermediate listening and speaking skills.
• Full‑time availability.
