Logistics Process Specialist

About the role

Applied Materials is looking for a Logistics Process Specialist to support its growing logistics operations in Taiwan. Based in Taoyuan, you will work with cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams to translate business and service needs into scalable, sustainable logistics processes that serve strategic customers such as TSMC and Micron.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate urgent customer requests, process exceptions and operational issues with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely communication and minimal business impact.
• Support cross‑region logistics process alignment for strategic accounts, collaborating with teams in Taiwan, Arizona, Germany, Japan and other locations.
• Partner with operations and functional teams to turn customer requirements into repeatable logistics solutions covering inbound, inventory, quality assurance and outbound delivery.
• Drive process standardisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, service quality and compliance.
• Analyse logistics operating models across global customer programs and recommend harmonisation and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering or process‑improvement roles.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and regions without direct supervisory authority.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
