Logistics Planner

About the role

As a Logistics Planner you will join the Operations team of OnLogic’s Global Supply Chain function, based in Taiwan. You will design and manage logistics plans for shipments to the company’s US and European warehouses, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee product availability for scheduled pickups.
• Work with forwarders and carriers to arrange air and sea shipments to US and EU warehouses.
• Monitor shipment performance and assist with customs clearance when needed.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Identify cost‑effective shipping methods and routes to reduce overall logistics expenses.
• Oversee global trade compliance, including HS classification, tariff management, duty optimization, and import/export regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics or supply‑chain experience.
• Proven experience coordinating global shipments (air and sea) and preparing customs documentation.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage shipping contracts.
• Knowledge of global trade compliance and customs tariff mitigation.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, JDE or Oracle.
• Familiarity with MRP and DDMRP concepts.
• Experience in procurement and warehouse operations.
