Logistics Manager

About the role

Red Bull is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee the national supply chain for finished goods and visibility items. You will be responsible for coordinating warehousing, transportation, and 3PL activities while ensuring high‑quality service to customers and optimizing network performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage warehousing, transportation and third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, monitoring SLA, contracts and KPIs.
• Plan and monitor downstream supply‑chain costs, driving cost‑saving initiatives.
• Own the order process for visibility items (VISITs) in SAP and Red Bull systems, ensuring accurate inventory and product age.
• Maintain robust inventory control and full visibility of VISITs throughout the supply chain.
• Handle day‑to‑day customer service queries, engage key customers and align supply‑chain strategies.
• Prepare and manage tenders related to supply‑chain costs and benchmark activities.
• Collaborate with Finance for month‑end closure and audit documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements and standardised reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or warehousing, preferably within FMCG.
• Proven experience managing 3PL relationships and supply‑chain cost planning.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain practices and customer engagement.
• Ability to analyse data, drive improvements and work cross‑functionally.
