Logistics Lead

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Logistics Lead to manage end‑to‑end logistics operations across its global network. You will ensure efficient product movement, maintain high customer satisfaction, and support the company’s mission to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, import/export processes and 3PL relationships.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, quality standards and international trade regulations.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement and customer‑service teams to meet business objectives.
• Manage temperature‑controlled and cold‑chain supply chains.

Required profile

• Advanced degree with 3 + years experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5 + years in logistics operations, preferably in pharma, medical‑device or regulated sectors.
• Proven leadership of 5‑10 direct reports.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
