Legal Specialist – Remote (Taiwan)

About the role

We are seeking experienced legal professionals to join an international Legal Research & Analysis project focused on Taiwan. The role is fully remote and requires 35 hours per week of independent work.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct jurisdiction‑specific legal research on civil, commercial, and administrative law.
• Analyse statutes, regulations and case law to produce accurate legal assessments.
• Verify citations, sources and ensure that references are up‑to‑date.
• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring proper citation and compliance with local regulatory frameworks.
• Prepare well‑supported legal documentation for the project team.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney, JD/LL.M. graduate, senior legal researcher or experienced paralegal.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong legal reasoning, statutory interpretation and analytical abilities.
• Proven experience in legal research, case‑law analysis, regulatory research and document review.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
