Legal Counsel – Business Legal Counsel

About the role

We are a global company operating in over 70 countries with 30 million devices worldwide. As a Business Legal Counsel you will provide comprehensive legal support across the organization, ensuring contracts, compliance and risk management align with our strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, assess and negotiate contract terms while balancing business opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve legal and contract‑related issues and develop practical solutions.
• Create and polish group templates, policies and deliver related training.
• Lead or support cross‑team projects, delivering independent results within a teamwork environment.
• Manage administrative tasks associated with legal work and identify opportunities for process optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong legal background, preferably with a law degree.
• Professional certification such as a US Bar admission or Taiwan Attorney license is a plus.
• Proven experience as a corporate legal counsel with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
